Thanks so much for dropping in. I have been nut-free cooking and baking since my teens (that’s a long time!) and have been low carb for the past two years. I’m happy to share all the information I have learned to be nut-free and on a low-carb Keto diet. I feel like we’re going to get along well, so here are a few things I need you to know…
I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian. I have no medical training at all. The information I share is based on my own experiences and information I learn from my own research and listening to speakers.
As a person with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy since my early teens, I have learned over the years how to adapt my cooking and baking with a restrictive diet. I understand that no two allergies are the same and hopefully my recipes can help you in some way or another. These recipes have been developed by me, and are safe for me. As a person with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, I would consider these recipes suitable for other individuals with similar nut allergies. However, everyone is different, and allergies in one person can be different for another person, and each person or guardian must make decisions that are right for themselves and their family.
Always read labels and double-check the ingredients lists to make sure the recipe is suitable for your needs. Nothing on this blog should take the place of advice from your physician. Please always follow your doctor’s orders. What one person considers safe may not be for another. Labels can be confusing and they can change. If a specific brand is noted, please always re-check the labels to make sure it fits your dietary needs, as ingredients and manufacturing processes can change from the time of publishing.

At times I list specific brands of ingredients that I used, but companies change their products at times and may be produced differently in different countries.
